Let me be clear, I love Web 1.0 but I’m forced to live in a Web 2.0 world which, to say it politely, has exhibited an astonishing retardation in both the quantity and quality of the content.

So, the rules are simple:

• No comments: I speak, you read and – if you have a blog of your own – link your record to mine if you want to give a detailed reply.
• UTF-8 all the way: if something cannot be rendered as a plain UTF-8 text, it will not be used.
• No JavaScript: I want my blog to be readable from even a terminal browser like w3m, because I do not fancy torturing the blind with dynamic content and other rectal abominations.

For what there is left beautiful and holy, please stick Web 2.0 into the sulphur pit it arrived from.
